While our Distributorship Opportunity explicitly offers a "Guaranteed Income" of ₹40,000 per month and a 3% sales commission, the following conditions apply:
Contractual Obligations: The "Guaranteed Income" is not automatic; it is strictly subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the final signed Distributorship Agreement.
Performance & Compliance: The guaranteed payments are contingent upon the Distributor maintaining active operations and passing the Quality Audit conducted 45–90 days after launch. Failure to pass stock, financial, or compliance reviews may impact income eligibility.
Sales Volume: Illustrations of growing earnings based on sales volume are estimates. Actual commission earnings depend entirely on the total product sales generated at your specific location.
2. Operational Liability Disclaimer
The Company provides stock, deep freezers, and storage equipment. However, the Company is not liable for business interruptions, loss of stock, or loss of income resulting from the Distributor's failure to maintain the required infrastructure, specifically:
Power Failure: The Distributor is solely responsible for providing a mini generator for power backup to ensure uninterrupted operations. The Company is not responsible for inventory spoilage due to power cuts.
Technology: The Distributor must maintain a functional computer system with an internet connection.
3. Investment and Refund Disclaimer
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the ₹5,000 verification fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the cost of processing your application.
Security Deposit: The ₹7,50,000 Security Deposit is described as "fully refundable". However, the refund process is governed by the exit clauses and duration terms (11–12 months) outlined in your specific Distributorship Agreement.
